I am a wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter and the Principal Investigator of the DFG funded research project (eigene Stelle) Kant’s Late Self, at the Kant-Forschungsstelle of Johannes Gutenberg-Universität Mainz, Germany. My primary research areas are Kant, post-Kantian German philosophy (especially Fichte and Schopenhauer), and the history of analytic philosophy (especially Sellars). I am interested in the intersections of these areas with the philosophy of mind, cognitive science, epistemology, and the philosophy of science. Additionally, I am interested in Islamic philosophy and theology and am the editor of the PhilPapers category al-Ġazālī.

You can also find me on Google Scholar, on PhilPheople, and on my ORCID page. You can contact me at mranaee [at] uni [hyphen] mainz [dot] de.
